Guitar Stuff Music Store and Edwards Music form Alliance

Guitar Stuff Music Store of Rockingham as formed an alliance with Edwards Music of Fayetteville to provide more name brands and faster repair service for Richmond and the surrounding counties.

(PRWEB) January 21, 2005 -- Edwards Music will provide Guitar Stuff with the instruments needed to service the local areas. Guitar Stuff has the repair facilities and staff to service these instruments locally and provide a much faster turn around for local students. Guitar Stuff also has the personnal to visit the local schools to make sure the bands have the supplies needed for their programs.

Parents will no longer have to drive to Charlotte, Fayetteville or Florence to have the instruments serviced or purchase required supplies.

"This should increase the traffic coming into our store. Something we have been preparing for during the past three years." said Jimmy McDonald owner of Guitar Stuff. The alliance will increase the instruments purchased by Edwards Music from suppliers. This will enable Edwards Music to take advantage of volume and freight discounts to help keep the instrument affordable for the customer.

We understand the need for the service and supply to be local. Waiting three to four weeks for a rep from Charlotte to visit the school does not benefit the students or the programs. If an instrument is damaged or supplies are needed, the directors and parents can call or visit our store for much faster service.

The areas that Guitar Stuff will concentrate on will be Richmond, Scotland, Moore, Montgomery, Anson, Chesterfield and Marlboro counties.
