The set-top box supports up to 1 GB SDRAM, as well as six 10/100 LAN ports, two serial ports, and two USB ports. A Mini-PCI slot is available for expandability, and IDE support is available for up to two IDE devices.

Designed to speed time-to-market for software developers and system integrators, PL-01021 is readily available with Linux, Windows CE / Embedded XP, and several other software packages.
