JNK Products, LLC Exceeds 4th Quarter Expectations

JNK Products, LLC crushes 2004 sales expectations while remaining debt free. JNK Products looks to increase revenues for 2005 by increasing product offerings and starting new websites.

(PRWEB) January 30, 2005 -- JNK Products, LLC, a leading e-tailer of garage flooring and storage products, announced today that higher than expected sales for the year ending December 2004 were up over 400% over the previous year and that sales were 160% of expectations. The small family owned company competes against internet giants like Amazon.com and retail stores Like Lowes and Sams Club by offering 24 hour-a-day service, free shipping, and a price match guaratee.

Unlike many internet companies boasting higher than expected revenues, JNK Products, LLC actually showed a profit for fiscal year 2004. According the sources at JNK Products, LLC the profits were large enough to recoup a previous years loss and be profitable overall. While JNK Products, LLC won't speculate on sales figures for 2005, they have an aggressive growth plan and "we are looking for an increase in revenues similar to what occurred in 2004, but revenues don't pay the bills. We are also looking for an additional 6% profit for 2005." States operations manager Justin Krauss

Perhaps the most striking think about JNK Products, LLC is that they are virtually debt free. They have equity in their warehouse space after putting 20% down and taking only a five year loan. Their forklift, company truck and 90% of their computer equipment have all been paid for in cash. In fact, other than current accounts payable and the mortgage on their building, JNK Products, LLC only shows one liability for just over $2,000.

"We don't have any small business loans and to date we have no outside investors. This forces us to expand using profits and always budget based on worst case scenario. Over the next couple of years we would like to hire a vendor relations specialist with experiencing in adding new vendors. We would also like to launch a national television campaign, a direct mail campaign, and have a point of sale and accounting software custom designed for us. We refuse to expand using money that we have to pay interest on, so our expansion will happen gradually in the absence of an outside investor. " explained Krauss.

"Unless we can pay cash for an investment, we simply don't do it. A great example is the new websites we are launching. We are launching several specialty stores and a new all-in-one store, complete with affiliate program, newsletter, database driven products, automatic cross selling and more. Many companies would invest hundreds of thousands of dollars --usually the banks money-- in such a venture. We have been working on it slowly, with a smaller company, and when it launches in March or April of this year it will be 100% paid for --in cash. Continued Krauss.

When asked if JNK Products, LLC was actively seeking outside investment Krauss responded "We have no specific plans to seek outside investment at this point in time. That being said if an individual of similar moral and ethical beliefs wanted to invest some capital to allow us to move forward with our plans we would give it ample consideration. Our primary concerns would be that it be an investment in the company, not a loan, and that the interest did not result in a controlling interest. In the mean time we will keep reinvesting our profits to better our company, our employees and ourselves." stated Krauss
