Build Your Business While You Build Friendships with Biba4Network Biba4network, a networking group which take place throughout the New York City region and Connecticut, offer a format to share experiences and resources while you build your business. New York, NY (PRWEB) February 6, 2005 -- Biba Pedron, a French business woman who came to the U.S. in 2002 and founder of Biba4Network, has single-handedly transformed the casual networking process into a valuable resource through networking, educational seminars and event hosting. Pedron's main objective is to connect entrepreneurs and small business owners in small user friendly groups. She involves herself in each meeting by focusing on making introductions between guests and creating a congenial environment for holding meaningful conversations. By linking professionals together, Biba4Network helps entrepreneurs broaden their networking base while building friendships.
Jim Fell, JBFell Consulting, comments " Biba provides exceptional value in her friendly and relaxed, but high-quality networking events. She takes a personal interest in members and goes the extra mile to make sure that they make connections that can most help them, whether it be by making an introduction, providing a forum for members to "show their stuff," or by encouraging people to contact specific participants who may be helpful. I really enjoy working with her.".
In 2004, Pedron celebrated the first year anniversary of Biba4Network by launching new chapters in Manhattan: East Midtown, West Midtown, Downtown New York and "French in Business Network" (targeted toward French speakers) and just started other chapters in February 2005 in Brooklyn, Newport, NJ & South Norwalk, CT
Rachel Lurie, New York Life Insurance Company, who enjoyed attending Biba4Network, and decided to sponsor the Downtown monthly meeting, said " In Biba4Network, the groups are small but powerful. The more intimate than usual setting made it much easier for me to connect with people. The friendly atmosphere also made it easy for me to meet colleagues with whom I have been able to develop mutually beneficial strategic alliances. Biba is a caring hostess who helps her guests interact. I encourage anyone who is reading this to join and come to the next event.".
Pedron, a sales & marketing manager for a number of companies in her native France, founded her first company, F.P Communication, a telemarketing company in Paris in 1998. When she came to New York, she saw the need for smaller, more personalized networking groups. Delighted by her success in the New York metropolitan area, Pedron's membership has increased by 75%, while her newsletter subscribers have quadrupled over the last year. Corporation sponsorship too has increased. Companies such as : Axa Advisors, Independent Community Bank, New York Life Insurance, Merryl Linch & North Fork Bank to name a few, all sponsor Biba4Network meetings, seeing the growing potential.
Yearly memberships starting at $99 are available online. Other perks include a discount for the five chapters' monthly network meetings, free links to the member's website, a free subscription and advertising in the Biba4Network semi-monthly newsletter and access to Pedron's personal rolodex.

Marian Banker, MBA, Business Leadership Coach, President, Prime Strategies said "Biba Pédron, founder and driving force behind Biba4Network, has been a great marketing resource and alliance in helping me build the Brain Exchange Roundtable.
