Norwegian Classical Liberal Business Magazine Farmand Announces New Spelling to -Farmann-, New Website and E-mail Newsletter

Norwegian classical liberal business magazine Farmand announces new updated name spelling to Farmann, a new updated news-website and an e-mail newsletter.

Oslo, Norway (PRWEB) February 23, 2005 -- In January 2003 publicist Hans Jørgen Lysglimt announced plans to launch the classical liberal business magazine Farmand after having been granted and issued the trademark of -Farmand-. The trademark Farmand was issued for a business magazine in Norway. The launch of the magazine has however been delayed due to a protest on the issued trademark by another Norwegian business magazine Økonomisk Rapport. The Norwegian trademark authorities Patentstyret may use as much as six years to resolve the issue.

It has now been decided to change the spelling of the name of the magazine to an updated Farmann and run it as an email newsletter and international news-website until the trademark issue is resolved. Once the trademark issue is resolved we intend to start print publishing the magazine.

Readers who subscribe to the free e-mail newsletter (in Norwegian language) on the website will receive the first print issue of the magazine free (in Norwegian language).

The editorial line of Farmann is classical liberal in the intelectual tradition of Thomas Jefferson, Hayek, Friedman, Mises, Ayn Rand and more.
