Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) February 17, 2005

Camvera Networks Inc., a leading broadband integrator and provider of municipal fixed wireless solutions, today announced that it’s changing its name from Tri-State Broadband, Inc. to Camvera Networks, Inc. The company further announced record-highs in new sales and client implementations, as well as overall customer retention and satisfaction. The name change was spurred by new system deployments in Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and Missouri – all outside the company’s core “tri-state” area.

“We are excited about providing high-speed wireless solutions to our existing and prospective customers,” said Carl Peede, president and CEO. “The momentum is indeed growing and our capabilities for designing high-performance wireless networks for the municipal and WISP operator markets are unsurpassed,” continued Peede.

In addition to the increased demand for all solution offerings, Camvera notes that under-served rural and suburban fringe markets will continue to be their core business in the new year. John Overley, vice president of sales stated, “Over the past three years, our broadband solution offerings and customer-centric philosophy have helped establish Camvera Networks as the leading wireless integration partner for small and mid size cities. Customers such as Adel, Washington, and Quitman, Georgia, and Mayfield, Kentucky are among the many communities that have turned to Camvera for help. The Company designs, deploys and maintains the wireless broadband network, delivering affordable high-speed Internet access to these under-served locations. Typical systems cover from 75 to 300 square miles.”

While 2004 was a success on many levels, Camvera is even more optimistic and excited about the year to come. Overley concludes, "Camvera will continue to open new markets and provide enhanced wireless broadband services in 2005, including the introduction of a proprietary customer self-service and provisioning middleware product for Rodopi Software’s OSS solution. These and other initiatives will ensure Camvera’s leadership as a premier wireless solutions provider is maintained.”
