Southeastern Conference MBA Consortium Uses EASE for New Virtual Career Fair

The Southeastern Conference MBA Consortium, which consists of the 12 member institutions representing the SEC, announces a partnership with eCampusRecruiter to create a new virtual career fair.

Knoxville, TN (PRWEB) February 17, 2005 -- The Southeastern Conference MBA Consortium, which consists of the 12 member institutions representing the SEC, announces a partnership with eCampusRecruiter to create a new virtual career fair. This site launched on January 25, 2005 and can be accessed directly at http://www.ecampusrecruiter.com/secmba.

Students that are currently enrolled in one of the MBA programs at any of these 12 institutions can register for free at the new website. After registration they can upload unlimited documents, view participating employer profiles, and apply directly to the employer online. These positions will only be listed during the fair from February 16, 2005 until March 9, 2005.

Employers can also visit http://www.ecampusrecruiter.com/secmba to register for the virtual career fair and post their openings. The registration fee for employers is only $150 for corporations and government agencies and $50 for nonprofit organizations. After registration, it only takes a minute or two to fill out the job listing form online, and the positions are posted immediately.

The MBA Career Services Team at the University of Tennessee is very excited to have this new system in place that will ultimately maximize communication between students across the SEC MBA programs and it will provide employers with a database of over 600 MBAs to identify for opportunities within their firms.
