Dynetech Corporation Takes Additional 7000 sf in Downtown Orlando

Dynetech Corporation announces signing another lease for space from the City of Orlando in downtown Orlando at 201 South Orange Avenue for 6967 square feet of space. Dynetech already occupies 30,000 square feet of space at 255 S. Orange Avenue and is planning to relocate in 2006 into new headquarters, Dynetech Centre, the companys planned 27-story, mixed-use high rise building at Magnolia Avenue and east Washington Street in downtown Orlando. Jeffrey D. Patterson and Brendon Dedekind of Lincoln Property Company represented Dynetech in the transaction, and Jeff has handled all of its recent property negotiations.

The proposed Dynetech Centre will feature approximately 145,000 square feet of commercial office space, ground-floor retail space, a 500-car parking garage and approximately 145 rental apartments overlooking Lake Eola. Dynetech currently employs 325 employees at its downtown Orlando headquarters, and the company projects growing its work force by an additional 275 additional jobs over the next 18 to 24 months. Once Dynetech Centre is completed, the company projects adding another 25-30 jobs annually.
