Nothing But Noodles’ area developer, Mark Majeski, opens his second restaurant in the Milwaukee area, with plans for more in the future. This restaurant opens in the “Shoppes at 100” center located at 2911 S. 108th St., on March 7, 2005.

Our West Allis store finish looks great and is in a great location. Considering what we learned from our first opening, we expect West Allis to be more successful than Glendale!”

Nothing But Noodles is a fast-casual restaurant with counter service and table delivery, dedicated to providing the highest quality, best-tasting, made-to-order noodle and salad dishes available. The open kitchen enables customers to observe their food being prepared and witness the high quality ingredients that go into making their order. Customers can choose to personalize any of the 14 noodle bowls or eight garden fresh salads by adding beef, chicken, shrimp or tofu.
