Southaven, MS (PRWEB) February 26, 2009 Minister, musician, composer & singer happy to release new project "DREAMS." Starting in music at an early age, God has truly blessed and gifted Strong to play the organ, bass & lead guitar without any lessons. After going through diabetes, kidney failure, blindness and amputation of right leg(bka). "I will never stop giving my gifts & talents back to God for his glory," says Strong. Inspite of all the challenges Strong has been through, God has still let him reach most of his dreams. In 1983 him along with his two brothers formed a singing group which consist of two of their sisters and one of their cousins and they called themselves The Sensational Strong Family. After getting busy singing, the two sisters decided to stop singing in the group. The group recorded two albums and was asked to go on a tour in 1985 with 2 groups that were traveling professionately on the road, The Truthetts & Doc Mckenzie & The Highlights. The group was able to perform on concerts with some of Strongs favorite groups. "One of my biggest dreams was to be on a concert with my favorite group, 'The Williams Brothers'," says Strong. He thought that would be one of his biggest dreams until he was asked to play keyboards for the Williams Brothers. When the group had to slow down singing due to his two brothers being called in the ministry and to pastor churches, he was able to go on the road and play for his favorite group. Strong was not able to stay on the road or join the group because he just had got married in 1990 and this started in the summer of 1991. "The only way I will sing and travel on the road is that my wife can sing and travel with me," says Strong. "Now looking back at what he have been through and how God have bless him to go through and be able to accomplish you can see why he can be happy to release the Dreams project," Strong says. "If God can bring me through what he have brought me through and let me enjoy all the people, especially the love of my life, my wife Vernitta, good health & all the talents he have bless me with, I will like to share it with the world for his kingdom."
