Ms. Emily Ma has been appointed Assistant Director of Sales -- Business Development at the Sheraton Hong Kong.

Hong Kong, (PRWEB) March 6, 2005 -- Ms. Emily Ma has been appointed Assistant Director of Sales -- Business Development at the Sheraton Hong Kong.

Ms. Emily Ma Wing Man graduated from Trinity College at Hartford, CT with a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in History and International Studies. Prior to joining us, Emily had been working in the United States and was with the Hilton Hotels Corporation as National Sales Manager; W Hotels of New York as Complex Business Travel Sales Manager. She has also worked with Grand Hyatt in New York NY and Grand Hyatt in Washington, DC as Sales Coordinator and Catering Coordinator respectively.

Ms. Ma had commenced work with us on 18/02/05 and she is responsible for the achievement of set individual and team revenue targets; provide directions and manage sales activities of direct reporting team members. Emily is also accountable for the corporate group and events businesses through solicitation, preparation of offer, contracting, and coordination with relevant departments and continuous liaison with group or event organizer until completion of events.

Leveraging her extensive hotel experience, the appointment of Emily shall bring great value to the growth and development of the Sheraton Hong Kong.
