The Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI) announced its approval of Heritage Bags new BioTuf"TM Compostable Bags. Heritages new technology enables it to deliver a bag to customers which has superior strength at a price point that is very competitive to other products that meet ASTM D6400. This assures that the bags will biodegrade swiftly and safely during municipal, commercial, or household composting. Heritages large distributor network is targeting yard waste programs as well as the increasing number of food waste diversion.
