The new office will allow ELIOS to offer better early morning customer support for east coast clients and will also provide a complete backup system of all the servers in ELIOS' corporate headquarters in California.

Mario Garcia, ELIOS director of information technology, is managing the office, with support services provided by Tiffany Torres. The office is the first ELIOS satellite and will enable the company to improve customer service to its growing base of clients nationwide.
