SonicParser is Cytiva’s new proprietary resume parsing technology that allows recruiters to forward emailed resumes into their applicant tracking system. From a simple email, SonicParser reads the resume and pulls out key information, creates a candidate record in the applicant tracking system, and prepopulates the candidate’s information. SonicParser can read and parse multiple resumes and is highly flexible in automatically assigning job codes and recruiter ownership as it creates candidate records. Though SonicRecruit has offered a similar feature for many years, much of it has been provided by a 3rd party. New SonicParser provides greater accuracy and much faster availability of candidate records.
