March 19 INFONXX Job Fair to Staff Tucson Call Center

INFONXX, leading provider of directory assistance services, will be hold a job fair on Saturday, March 19, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its Tucson call center facility.

Tucson, AZ (PRWEB) March 18, 2005 -- INFONXX, the worlds premier provider of directory assistance and enhanced information services, will be holding a job fair on Saturday, March 19, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its Tucson call center facility.

The company is seeking 150 qualified customer service representatives to handle inbound calls, candidates who are willing to be part of a growing company with opportunities to work in a positive environment. INFONXX offers a competitive hourly wage along with the potential to earn a bi-weekly bonus.

The job fair at 7850 E. Escalante Road will give prospective employees the opportunity to fill out an application, take a pre-employment test, and talk to hiring managers. The Arizona call center operates from 5 a.m. to midnight, 365 days a year.

Interested applicants unable to attend the job fair can contact the INFONXX Job Line directly at (520) 547-9500 from 5 a.m. to midnight to schedule an appointment for testing. Walk-ins are also welcome Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

INFONXX is also promoting positions through the companys website, http://www.infonxx.com/careers. Even if applicants have applied for positions at the Tucson facility in the past, they are encouraged to resubmit a job application.

INFONXX is currently hiring customer service representatives for each of its U.S.-based call center facilities. Positions with INFONXXs Arizona call center offer a starting pay of $8.00 per hour, $9.00 potential within six months, plus the opportunity to earn up to $3.00 more per hour based on employee performance. The company also offers a $1.50-per-hour differential for Spanish-bilingual employees.
