World Famous Brooklyn Restaurant Looks to Give an Opportunity to the Next Rising Culinary Star

Brooklyn, NY (PRWEB) March 19, 2005 -- The world famous Brooklyn New York restaurant, Lundy Brothers Restaurant, is looking to give an opportunity to one young culinary star. They have decided to go forward with bringing in culinary interns and filling one spot for the next star of Lundy Brothers Restaurant.

We wanted to be innovative in our approach to rebuilding Lundys on solid footing, so we felt that by bringing in a few interns and giving an opportunity to a young chef to be groomed as the next star of Lundys was a great idea. Its like The Restaurant" meets the Apprentice" but without all of the TV time, so we look to fill these spots very shortly" said Anthony Dimitroulakos of Lundy Brothers Restaurant.

All recent graduates of culinary schools are welcome to apply for an intern position, and chefs with 2 to 4 years experience that think that they are up for the challenge of being a part of a historic restaurant are urged to apply. The chef that is chosen will work directly under the Lundy Brothers Restaurant head chef and be groomed in every aspect of the restaurant.

This is a once in a lifetime situation for one young chef and an opportunity for a few culinary interns.
