Landmark Movie Gives Birth to Groundbreaking Multimedia Play

Mel Gibson helps create multimedia play in South Florida

Palm Beach Gardens, FL (PRWEB) March 19, 2005 --- The film, Passion of the Christ, blazed a new trail for millions of Christians at the box office. This month, what director Mel Gibson did in movie theatres around the world, Producer and Musical Director Robert Varnadore will do at Covenant Centre International in South Florida. The Covenant Passion Worship Experience is a multi-media musical drama that has touched and changed many people's lives. It crosses denominational barriers and reminds us of the love and concern God has for each of us. Basically, we baked a cake with the same ingredients. We just came up with a different flavor. Its the Passion Play for the 21st Century." The Covenant Passion Worship Experience is open to the public and the performance schedules is as follows: Sunday March 20 at 10 AM, Good Friday, March 25 at 8PM and Resurrection Sunday, March 27 at 10 AM.

Pastor Robert and his wife, Pam, are co-founding pastors of Covenant Centre International and have been in full-time ministry since 1980. Robert leads the worship team for all services, conferences, and special meetings at Covenant. Robert has authored numerous songs that draw the current move of the Spirit into Covenant worship.

Covenant Centre International, with Lead Pastor Norman D. Benz, is a congregation of 750 members. Covenant continues to meet at 3960 RCA Blvd, Suite 6003 while permanent facilities are being re-built. Hurricane Frances and Hurricane Jeanne destroyed the churchs building in September 2004.
