A DotComGiftShop.Com survey of online shoppers has revealed that what mums want most on Mother's Day is just a cuddle, rather than chocolates, flowers or more expensive gifts.

Thankfully, a DotComGiftShop.Com survey of online shoppers has provided the answer - and it's quite a surprise: what mothers desire most on their special day is simply a hug!

Exactly half of the mums questioned for the survey said a cuddle was what they hoped for most as the annual reward for their maternal duties.
