Six Stocks Deleted from Stowe Global Coal Index in Quarterly Rebalancing

The Stowe Global Coal Index℠ (TICKER: COAL) will delete six components, effective 09:00 AM (EST) Monday March 23, 2009, changing the number of index components to 32.

New York, NY (PRWEB) March 10, 2009 -- The Stowe Global Coal Index℠ (www.stowecoalindex.com) (TICKER: COAL) will delete six components, effective 09:00 AM (EST) Monday March 23, 2009, changing the number of index components to 32. The changes result from the quarterly rebalancing of the index.

The deletions from COAL are:

Headwaters Inc. (TICKER: HW); New Hope Corp. (TICKER: NHC AU); Western Canadian Coal (TICKER: WTN CN); Whitehaven Coal Ltd (TICKER: WHC AU); Aquila Resources (TICKER: AQA AU) and Indika Energy Tbk PT (TICKER: INDY IJ).
