The establishment of the "Billion Millenium Fund (BMF)" leading later to the "Millennium Endowment Fund (MEF)" (http://ABC4All.net/mef.htm) is a step along the way to create the fulfillment of the Mission of A Better Community For All (ABC4All): "Maximizing Charitable Contributions on and off the Internet". "It is gratifying to learn that a lifelong dream can be realized in one's own lifetime," states Dr. Danet. "But to have the vision of fulfilling the dream come into view on the horizon of life was never something that I dared dream about."

Because of the developments, occurring at lightening speed, since implementation of A Better Community For All (ABC4All) starting in July 2004, in only nine months the following have occurred:

October 23, 2004: The ABC4All "Launch Lunch" was held at the JW Marriott Le Merigot Hotel & Spa, Santa Monica, CA: http://abc4all.net/launch_lunch.htm with the Videos of Eight Presentations available online: http://ABC4All.net/llvideos.htm. The signficance of the content of the videos was hinted at with the phrase, "We are really onto something."

February 2005: Subsequent developments, however, justified the statement that "Now over three months later (02/05), reviewing the video presentations suggests that none of the participants may have fully grasped the importance and all the implications of what was being said. March 2005: ABC4All Dream Realized:

March 13-15, 2005: A "Marathon of Meetings" in Los Angeles, CA concluded with the realization that the participants had, in fact, allowed for the implementation of the ABC4All Dream Realized.

The meetings were facilitated by Kathy Merholz, ABC4All Vice President Business Development and Founder/Executive Director, Enlightened Health, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Included among the participatnts were:

The result was the creation of an ABC4All Series, entitled, "ABC4All Dream Realized," and consisting of (1) a 30-minute video with a spontaneous, unrehearsed conversation between Kathy Merholz and Burton Danet, Ph.D., (2) a video demonstration of the Cignet Thermo-Peutic at the offices of Chun Kim, President, Dynasty International, Los Angeles, California, and (3) the creation of the website, http://ABC4All.net/dreamrealized.htm. The music accompanying the "ABC4All Dream Realized" Series, including an accompanying Power Point Presentation, is that of Robert Anthony Aviles Insight, Huntington Beach, California (http://www.raamusic.com) whose music is known, scientifically, to create a healing response in humans.

March 25, 2005: The method for the fulfillment of the "ABC4All Dream Realized" was completed and includes the ABC4All Triple Giving Program (ABC4AllGGG), creating a community-wide method for supporting schools and nonprofits across the globe: http://ABC4All.net/mef.htm

With the establishment of the Billion Millennium Fund (BMF), a realistic method for the creation of the Millennium Endowment Fund (MEF) has been launched, utilizing the only loyalty program to have received an endorsement by the Vatican, The Giving Card: http://www.thegivingcard.com.

Through its cornerstone, The Giving Card, the ABC4All Triple Giving Program (ABC4AllGGG) will, in the future, via the Millennium Endowment Fund (MEF) of the Foundation of A Better Community For All (FABC), a National Heritage Foundation, match or double all charitable contributions achieved by the Friends of ABC4All (FABC4All) (http://ABC4All.org), fulfilling the Mission of A Better Community For All (ABC4All): "Maximizing Charitable Contributions on and off the Internet".

"This 'ABC4All Perpetuity Legacy,' including the 'ABC4All Dream Realized' and the 'Fulfillment of the ABC4All Dream Realized,' allows for the ABC4All vision to reach its logical conclusion," states Dr. Danet. "Only now, however, as of March 2005, have I suddenly been able to come to the realization that it is possible, within my lifetime, for the ABC4All Mission to be fully implemented." With the recent announcement of education cutbacks both at the state and the national levels, Dr. Danet has arranged to launch, six months early, on March 25, 2005 the first ABC4All-generated FUNdraising(TM) program (with many more to come), in this instance one designed to bring healthy nutrition/exercise into schools while simultaneously creating nongovernmental self-funding opportunities for the schools, permitting the reinstatement of programs in the arts, music and physical education which have been terminated due to budget constraints.
