Natick, Massachusetts Welcomes Bob's Discount Furniture

New 33,000 square foot furniture store features pond and café.

On April 7, 2005, Bob's Discount Furniture will celebrate the grand opening of its twentieth store, in Natick, Massachusetts. The Natick store will occupy 33,000 square feet of space and join five other Bob's locations in Massachusetts.

“We already have two wonderful stores in the Boston area, one in Saugus to the north, and the other in Stoughton to the south. My new store is just a short drive west of Boston, right off of the Mass Pike,” said Bob Kaufman, President. “I'm employing 53 people to run the store, 40 of them are new hires from the Natick – Framingham area, and the rest are transferring from my other locations.

Like the other Bob's Discount Furniture Stores, Natick has an indoor pond with live fish and an On the House café with candy, cookies and coffee. “When people come to my stores, I want them to feel comfortable, because choosing the right furniture is an important decision. Many people bring their children with them when they go shopping, so my stores are designed to be family-friendly.
