This year we have 13 entries over double the number of entries from last year. Barkitecture II will be held Friday, April 1, 2005 6:30p.m-10:30p.m at the USA World Classic Car Museum 1525 Sonoma Blvd, Vallejo.

The second annual event of its kind in the Benicia Vallejo community, Barkitecture IIs goal is to raise much needed operational funds to care for the animals and for outreach to build awareness of the plight of the many homeless dogs and cats available for adoption at the Benicia Vallejo Humane Society. Auction items includes a weekend in Sea Ranch, pet portraits, a day at the NASCAR races, golf getaways, gifts, jewelry, gourmet foods and gift baskets of all shapes and sizes. All proceeds from the event go directly to help the animals.

Awards will be given for Peoples Bark Choice, Peoples Purr Choice, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and honorable mention in both Bark and Purr, Best in Show.
