IF Marketing & Advertising Designs New Logo and Website for the Berry Creek Cancer Fund Charity Golf Tournament

IF marketing & advertising, a full-service agency in Georgetown, TX, designed a new logo for the Berry Creek Cancer Fund, also based in Georgetown, and developed a new website for their annual Charity Golf Tournament, to be held at the Berry Creek Country Club on Saturday, June 13th, 2009.

Georgetown, Texas (PRWEB) March 22, 2009 -- IF marketing & advertising announced today the completion of their pro bono work for the Berry Creek Cancer Fund based in Georgetown, Texas. The Austin-area advertising agency completed the design and development of a new website along with a new logo for the Fund at the end of February.

The website was developed to promote the Berry Creek Cancer Fund's annual Charity Golf Tournament. This year's tournament will be held on Saturday, June 13th at the Berry Creek Country Club in Georgetown, Texas. The tournament is dedicated to raising money for breast cancer and prostate cancer awareness, including the support of the Breast Cancer Awareness Resource Center of Williamson County and the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure foundation.

The Breast Cancer Resource Centers of Texas are designed to help women in Texas cope with the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer through support from other women in the community. Each BCRC must be self-sustaining through volunteer work and charity donations. The Berry Creek Cancer Fund is dedicated to helping the Williamson County branch of this organization.

Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure was created in 1982 in memory of Susan G. Komen by her sister Nancy G. Brinker, with the promise that the organization would one day find a cure to help future generations of women combat breast cancer. Today, the Komen Foundation has invested more than $1 billion dollars in the fight against breast cancer through an affiliation of breast cancer survivors, activists and charities. Millions have participated in Susan G. Komen races around the world; from Dallas, Texas to Rome, Italy.

Last year, the Berry Creek Cancer Fund donated over $45,000 in the fight against breast cancer and prostate cancer - and this year they aim to donate even more. In addition to a golf tournament at the Berry Creek Country Club, the Fund also offers various levels of sponsorship, the option to purchase pink or blue flags in honor or memory of loved ones, sponsorship of a Tee Box or Green Sign, or simply a donation to the Fund.

"This is the second time I have had the pleasure to work with the Berry Creek Cancer Fund," said Jonathan Hall, Account Executive at IF marketing & advertising and project manager of the Berry Creek Cancer Fund logo design and website development. "Cj Jebens, Jeanne Whetsell and Nancy Crouse have dedicated a lot of time and energy to the Berry Creek Cancer Fund and we are happy to be a part of that."
