Real Estate Arts, Inc., an advertising agency specializing in commercial and residential real estate marketing launches Chicago office and names two vice presidents of business development Elizabeth Powers (Chicago) and Linda Fenton (New Jersey).

New York, NY (PRWEB) April 9, 2005 -- Real Estate Arts, Inc. founder Michael Goodgold announced today his expansion into the Chicago market. Elizabeth Powers is named vice president of business development, and will oversee Real Estate Arts, Inc., Chicago. Powers will be responsible for planning and executing all real estate business development initiatives as well as coordinating and implementing new and existing business in the Midwest. This includes delivery of projects, corporate advertising campaigns and promoting Real Estate Arts, Inc., Chicago.

It is an exciting time to join Real Estate Arts (REA) as the business expands both geographically and within our current business lines," said Powers. Real Estate Arts has truly evolved into a full service ad agency for the real estate industry. Chicago is a particularly promising market for REAs high-end, high-impact marketing campaigns. I am looking forward to bringing REAs unique marketing approach to this great city and leading our talented team in this new and expanding market."

Prior to joining REA, Powers was the marketing manager for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, Chicago.

Linda Fenton is also named vice president, business development, and will oversee Real Estate Arts, Inc., New Jersey operations. Fenton previously worked for New Jersey Goodlife Magazine managing New Jersey real estate advertising prior to moving to the Gannett New Jersey Newspaper Group. At Gannett, Fenton successfully launched and managed online real estate marketing, advertising, promotions and web site development programs for the Asbury Park Press, Home News Tribune and Ocean County Observer newspapers.

Its an incredible time for growth and development in the New Jersey commercial and residential real estate market," said Fenton. REA New Jersey will provide the same level of outstanding design, concept, marketing collateral and customer service that has excited our real estate clients around the country. I am pleased to be part of a company that values commitment to their product and to their clients. Its a privilege to deliver outstanding work to the most prestigious real estate players in the business."

According to Goodgold, REA has enjoyed dramatic growth due to substantial activity in real estate investment sales as well as an increase in competitive market pressure. We are excited to be adding a Chicago office to service our Midwest clients and welcome the unique talents of Elizabeth and Linda to our team of creative individuals. I founded REA with a huge commitment to bringing better service, better pricing and a much needed breakthrough in creativity.
