Tango Zen Retreats in Europe: Discover, Explore, and Let Go of Yourself Through Tango

Come and discover, first hand (and foot!) how both aesthetic experiences of Tango and Zen can be your road to inner peace through Tango Zen Retreats in Finland and Italy in July 2005.

Washington, DC (PRWEB) April 11, 2005 -- Have you ever wished to learn to dance Tango and meditate at the same time? If yes, why not accomplish your goal in Europe this summer? Come and discover, first hand (and foot!) how both aesthetic experiences of Tango and Zen, done simultaneously, can be your road to inner peace through Tango Zen Retreats in Finland and Italy in July 2005.

Tango is the dance of connection, relaxation, and silent communication. Meditation is the art of discovering and reconciling ones own nature. Together, in Tango Zen, they make the music of mind and body, one step at a time.

Tango Zen is for beginners as well as veteran dancers, for those who are new or seasoned at meditation, and for anyone who is searching for a literal step-by-step method that is both rhythmic and simple to pursue, in order to accomplish a peaceful way of being.

Tango Zen Retreat is a weeklong event, where participants will experience Tango Zen, an innovative yet natural idea of meditating while dancing Tango. In the Retreat participants will be introduced to methods through which Tango dancers and non-dancers can practice Tango Zen to experience and enjoy the wonderful benefits, which both Tango and Zen have to offer. Daily schedule of the Retreat includes morning Tango Zen (Walking Dance Meditation) session, afternoon Tango class/Practica, and nightly milonga (Tango dance).

This year Tango Zen Retreats will be held in Kuopio, Finland, July 17-24 and in Venice, Italy, July 25-August 1.

Come Tango with Buddha; come meditate through Tango! Find the joy that, together, Tango and Zen can bring!
