Challenges Ahead for 'The Main Ingredient' Listeners on the Spanish Costas

For the many thousands of English speaking residents here in Spain, The Main Ingredient reflects the lifestyle that so many have left countries all over Europe to embrace. Kelli is constantly looking for the unique, the best and the most interesting restaurants, people and services. She has vast knowledge of the hospitality industry having worked all over the world where she produced major theatrical and commercial events. Now living in Spain, she also co-hosts the Live at 11 show Monday to Friday and writes articles for local media.

Following a career in the hotel, advertising and communications industries in the UK and Europe, Sally Cronin became a lifestyle and nutritional consultant, working for the last ten years with clients in Ireland. Sally is an author of two books, as Georgina Cronin, Size Matters and Just an Odd Job Girl and has had articles published in Ireland, UK and on the Internet.

Since last year she has presented a lifestyle programme on Ondacero International, Live at 11 on Tuesdays. Covering all aspects of food and health, the programmes have developed a large following of listeners who have embraced a healthier lifestyle. A 'Losing it for Christmas Challenge was followed by a series called 'Eating to Live.

Kelli is delighted that Sally has come up with a very different and exciting challenge for her listeners when she joins the show.
