LOGS Network Welcomes Van Ess as Executive Vice President

The LOGS Network welcomes David Van Ess as its Executive Vice President of National Operations.

(PRWEB) April 18, 2005 -- The LOGS Network, a centrally managed network of attorneys, trustees, title personnel and collection staff that represent lenders, welcomes David Van Ess as its Executive Vice President of National Operations.

Van Ess will report directly to David Kreisman, Vice Chairman of the LOGS Network. In this newly created position, Van Ess will oversee national operations, regional managers, and all member law offices as well as assist with client relations.

David has experience in our industry, which is crucial to understanding the needs of our financial services clientele, as well as the legal and business acumen to help guide our member firms in meeting those needs," Kreisman says. He will assume responsibilities ranging from the operational oversight of our law firm network to the creation of our next generation of technology to expanding the lines of business in which the LOGS Network participates."

Previously, Van Ess was the Florida Operations Manager for Codilis & Stawiarski, P.A. where he was responsible for managing all day-to-day foreclosure, bankruptcy, title, eviction, and REO closing services. During part of his five-year term with Codilis & Stawiarski, he also served as the interim Operations Manager for Texas.

Van Ess also has previous LOGS experience. He was a former LOGS Attorney Liaison for Fleet Mortgage, now Washington Mutual, where he was responsible for directing and ensuring regulatory compliance of the attorney network with government, investor and insurer requirements. He also helped resolve litigated cases involving RESPA, TILA, FDCPA and state and federal law issues, directly from the Fleet site.
