Derby, UK (PRWEB) April 22, 2005 -- Wordcraft is launching a new on-line service, ocrNow! It offers a different way to convert scanned files, received faxes and PDF documents. Users can simply upload their files to the ocrNow! secure web-server where they will be automatically converted and made available for downloading. There is no need to install software on your computer and no complicated application to learn.

The web-site is simple to use to ensure that the work is completed as easily as possible. Users can upload TIFF, JGP, PNG and PDF format files and can choose to retrieve the converted document in Text, PDF, RTF (for word processing) and HTML formats. Users can also upload ZIP files containing multiple documents for batch submissions. The results can be downloaded in compressed form, too, to save on download times.

Although the basic setup allows a new user to start using the service straightaway, there are configurable options, like languages, if the user wants to get more involved.

When a new user registers they are given free credits to evaluate the service. Additional credits can be purchased on-line via a secure payment system.
