Home Entertainment Expo Lauded with Two Luxury Living Awards at Residential Design 2005

HEE Awarded Two Out of Three Awards in the Home Theater Category

Sudbury, MA (PRWEB) April 25, 2005 -- Home Entertainment Expo (HEE), New Englands top home entertainment and residential technologies design-and-build center, was presented with dual awards -- Platinum and Silver -- for home theater design excellence at the 2005 Luxury Living Awards banquet on April 6th. The award competition was held in conjunction with the Residential Design 2005 exposition, which took place on April 6th and 7th at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston, Massachusetts.

It was an extraordinary evening that brought together a diverse mix of professionals from Bostons thriving home design community. Luxury Living Awards

The Luxury Living Awards were developed by HomeWorks Sourcebook, a leading Boston-based home design publication, in partnership with over twenty organizations, including major home design sponsors, leading trade groups, select marketing partners and non-profit charities to recognize New Englands most beautiful living spaces and the talented design professionals who created them.

The awards were broken into specific categories ranging from Casual Living to Kitchens and Bathrooms to Home Theater. Out of the three possible home theater design awards, Home Entertainment was awarded two -- Platinum and Silver -- for two separate client projects: a custom luxury home theater with integrated control room, and a breathtaking, family-friendly media room. HEEs partnering companies were also awarded for their contributions to these winning projects and included Dodd Woodworking, Pepperdash Technology, Sound Walls and Manuel de Santaren Interior Design & Decorating.

Winners of the competition were selected anonymously by a distinguished panel of jurors drawn from the Boston areas home design, real estate and media fields. The roster of jurors included:
