Auction location for both on April 21 is the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort, 9800 Hyatt Resort Drive, San Antonio, TX. Registration starts at 5:00 p.m. local time with the actual auction slated for 6:30 p.m. The auction date coincides with the height of Fiesta San Antonio, the famous citywide party now in its 118th year that features a feast for the senses, from parades to arts performances April 16 - 26.

Suggested starting bids for all of the properties is $50,000 with many of the homes having a last list price of more than $250,000. Attractive financing is available and under the new government stimulus package, qualified first time buyers get an $8,000 credit towards the purchase price so they may buy a home at auction for very little money down.
