Happy Camper Introduces Free Online Swap Meet and User Forum Exclusively for Recreational Vehicle Owners

RVers have the first-ever online Swap Meet for RV items in Happy Camper's Free user forum for those who own recreational vehicles. General users may buy/sell/trade used items for their RVs for Free. Vendors may register for just $12.00 per year to sell NEW items. The Happy Camper Community features chat, recipes, tips, and Special Interest forums, sponsored by RV companies.

(PRWEB) May 9, 2005 -- Happy Camper RV Club, specializing in discounts for recreational vehicle camping introduces a free online user forum for all RV travelers, with a unique twist.

Anne Pierson, club president, notes, "RVers do more online now than ever. They plan their trips, they look at campgrounds, they buy accessories, and they chat. But never before has anyone provided them with a place to talk about RVing where selling and promoting is not frowned upon. RVers are often involved in hobbies and crafts, and they are not always interested in selling their items at a real flea market. Our audience is made up of lots of retired folks, and this will be fun, without being "work." It's like EBay, except we're not involved in the selling. It's a do-it-yourself swap meet."

Happy Camper Club co-founded the Circle of Trust RV Family; along with RV Education 101 and All Merchant Services in January 2005. The association currently has over 60 member companies; ranging from individual RV book authors to makers of the hand-made RV Bears, to such industry well-knowns as Blue Ox, Camping World and Onan's "Funroads." Circle of Trust Companies will receive vendor space free of charge, as will members of Happy Camper Club.

All forum topics are open to the RV public, and there are sponsored Special Interest forums for more specific discussions. Dawn Polk of RV Educaion 101 says, "We decided to sponsor the RV SAVVY forum, where RVers can share their own tips and hints. Our company sells videos and e-books dealing with the technical aspects, but there are other issues RVers have, and this forum gives them a place to talk about things that make their RVing easier. Blue Ox was a natural choice to sponsor the NASCAR RV fans discussion, and I'm glad to see some other companies we know getting involved in sponsorship."
