Holy Fire Publishing (http://www.christianpublish.com ) releases Saved from Hell (Paperback, US$15.00, ISBN#: 978-1-60383-167-3). Joshua Medina writes of God's mercy and his requirement to forgive in every circumstance.

Joshua Medina's book, Saved from Hell, is Medina's testimony of God's merciful redemption from the consequences of growing up the son of a deranged, abusive man--a preacher, and his ultimate freedom from the raging hatred that almost destroyed his life. The Lord will use Medina's story to save many lives.

Medina describes Saved from Hell as the story of a young man who wants to be loved, but is hurt mentally, physically, and verbally. Because of this, he is full of hate, anger, bitterness, and resentment toward a world that he feels doesn't understand him. In the end, God breaks through the bondage and saves him from the pit of hell.

"I saw my dad dragging my mother to the kitchen by her neck while she was trying to get away. I was so scared at what I was seeing that I just froze when he looked up at me and said, "You're next." I will never forget the way he looked at me, his eyes red and filled with more hate than I had ever seen. As I stood there in fear, I was thinking of how I could help my mother, but I couldn't move. It was like I was glued to the floor. My brother ran by me with Esther and yelled, "COME ON, COME ON," as he ran out the door. Then all of a sudden, I felt like I was in a bad horror film, and all I saw was my dad grab the kitchen knife, and he began stabbing her. The knife kept going in and out of my mother…."--Saved from Hell

"I was raised knowing about the truth, but not by the man that I called my father and who would betray me. He abused me when I was growing up, and almost destroyed me in the process. Through many years of battling with drugs, with demons, and myself, I had to learn to forgive my father and to love myself, so that I could love my family. None of this would have even been possible without the love of my Lord Jesus Christ, who sacrificed himself by dying on the cross for all of our sins to be paid, so that we may live for eternity in paradise with him."--Joshua Medina

"The world would call me an evangelist; but I call myself a servant for the Lord Jesus Christ, for I have sacrificed my flesh and surrendered to him. Wherever I may be, whether at work or a mall, when God speaks to me and tells me to go to someone and give them a message, I move with no questions asked. I want people to know that no matter how down-and-out they may think life is, or how bad the sin they've committed may be, that God is always listening. He is waiting for us to cry out to him and let him help us: Know that nothing is too hard for God."--Joshua Medina
