Cooking with Basile to Make for Sizzling TV Fare

“Cooking with Basile,” a new show from the creative stables of Greenlight Entertainment and ENS Productions, will offer television viewers a delicious break from staid, bland programming fare.

“Cooking with Basile” will feature the famous Greek-American stand-up comedian, Basile, in the new role of chef. Basile is a television veteran, having tasted immense success with his shows “Growing up Greek in America” and “Greek as I wanna be.” He has also been featured on a wide swathe of television channels – Comedy Central, Showtime, MTV and A & E. He has played to sold-out crowds in comedy clubs across America, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Basile is already famous for his line of Greek-style spices, which have made it into grocery stores across North America. On the upcoming show, Basile will whip up tasty, easy-to-make meals along with his own brand of wit and humor. It will be, the producers promise, the only reality-come-comedy-come-cookery show on television, guaranteed to make for entertaining viewing.
