International Concierge & Errand Association Creates Concierge Certification Program

ICEA has launched their certification program with their first class of concierge specialists who, once they have met a stringent list of requirements, will be given the designation of Certified Concierge Specialist. CCS's will serve as role models for future errand and concierge business owners.

On May 1, 2009, ICEA launched their certification program with their first class of concierge specialists who, once they have met a stringent list of requirements, will be given the designation of Certified Concierge Specialist.
