Deric Zacca graduated in the top 5% of his class at the University of Miami School of Law. During his career at the Miami-Dade County State Attorneys Office, he tried over 35 jury trials and well over 100 bench trials involving crimes ranging from DUI to Capital Murder. He also served as a Supervising Prosecutor in the DUI Division and was responsible for training new DUI Prosecutors. His experience also includes prosecuting and defending nursing home abuse claims, wrongful death claims, negligent security claims, slip and fall claims, automobile accident claims, professional negligence claims and business and contract disputes.
