Utah Chapter of Nahro Presents Lifetime Achievement Award - Recipient Jim Kier Recognized as a Pioneer in Affordable Housing

The luncheon, held at the Holiday Inn in St. George on April 21st, recognized Kiers commitment to government-assisted programs and tax credit properties.

The award is part of NAHROs annual convention and was presented to Kier by Rosemary Kappes, executive director, Housing Authority of Salt Lake City. Kiers wife, Norma and daughter, Bonnie Kier-Herrick were in attendance.
