She has worked with the spectrum of event and meeting planners--from eager brides to Fortune 500 companies--and has been instrumental in planning some of Chicago's most exclusive functions. She stays active in various professional organizations, including Meeting Planners International (MPI) and Network of Executive Women in Hospitality and Catering Executive Club of America, as well as Volunteering for the Park Ridge Juniors, which she is past-president and a Community Star Award Recipient with Maine Center, Inc.

Prior to joining Carlucci Rosemont, Peggy owned and operated her own event and meeting company, Venue Chicago Event Management, and was founding Sales and Marketing Director for Odyssey Cruises at Chicago's landmark Navy Pier. Her strong service attitude and determination are evident in her designation as 1976 Employee of the Year by Hyatt Regency O'Hare. Besides her professional strengths, Berto says Peggy's engaging style will add to Carlucci's presence as a warm, extended Italian family.
