Veterinarian Talks Vaccines: What Every Cat Owner Needs to Know

Dr. Heidi Bassler, medical director at Veterinary Center of Greater Newburyport, will discuss feline vaccines on Tuesday, May 19, from 6:30-8:30 p.m., at the Newburyport Public Library located in Newburyport, MA. About Dr. Heidi Bassler

Dr. Heidi Bassler, Medical Director of the Veterinary Center of Greater Newburyport, graduated in 1993 from Atlantic Veterinary College, Canada, followed by post-doctoral studies at Cornell University. Dr. Bassler focuses her veterinary practice on cats and dogs. Her areas of special interest include internal medicine, dermatology, and dentistry. She lives in West Newbury with her husband and two children in West Newbury with two pampered cats, Marmalade and Jefferson, and her Labrador retriever named Opus. Dr. Bassler writes a monthly newspaper column, Paw Prints, for the Newburyport Daily News.
