An affiliate of BPG Properties Ltd. has recently acquired the property previously known as Kemper Lakes Corporate Center in Long Grove, Illinois. BPG Properties Ltd. hired REA Chicago to rebrand the property as part of its repositioning plan which includes extensive capital improvements. After renaming the property "Park Center at Kemper Lakes," REA Chicago rolled out a rebranding effort that will reintroduce the property's luxury campus image and enhance the new identity of the Park Center at Kemper Lakes.
