Paraxip Technologies Announces Formal Partnership with Genesys

Paraxip joins Genesys’ Interworks Open IP partner program to help deliver superior IP Contact Center solutions

Today, at the G-Force 2005 conference, Paraxip Technologies announced that it had entered into a formal partnership with Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc., an Alcatel company. As part of the Interworks Open IP partner program, Paraxip is one of the official suppliers of VoIP gateway technology compatible with Genesys’ Open IP approach to Contact Centers. The Paraxip Gateway is an open, software-based VoIP gateway product that provides a comprehensive bridge between the traditional telephony network and an Open IP Contact Center.
