CAI's IT Metrics and Productivity Institute will begin providing free webcasts of the Software Best Practices Conferences. The Software Best Practices Conferences teach CIOs and senior IT practitioners how to leverage best practices to compete in the global marketplace while dramatically improving the productivity and quality of software development and maintenance.

The Software Best Practices Conferences teach CIOs and senior IT practitioners how to leverage best practices to compete in the global marketplace while dramatically improving the productivity and quality of software development and maintenance. All 2009 and 2010 conferences will be webcast for free and all conferences have been accredited with multiple PDU credits by the PMI.
