Thirty year-old DFW-based medical spa and hair salon gets new Web 2.0 website design with enhancements such as a blog, click-to-chat online representative, public customer comments page, photo tours, and a learning center with expert tips on beauty, nutrition, and aging.

Customers can leave comments on the site through a public comments page, making a customers' pre-visit experience more personalized and authentic. They are able to know what the true customer voice is, verses strictly polished testimonials.
