ARMADA Real Estate Development Company proposes to serve as a broker, concept designer, facilitator and co-developer on the Scripps Florida development team. ARMADA Real Estate Development Company principals have begun the submission process with The Scripps Research Institute and the Sate of Florida’s Office of Governor, Jeb Bush. Initial discussion of the Scripps Florida project has begun with an as yet undisclosed Florida County to assist the Governor’s directive to host Scripps new research facilities in Florida.

The initial land acquisition process for the development has begun.
