In each 55 minute seminar, participants will learn basic techniques. Between seminars, visitors may also choose to watch Black Belt martial artists demonstrate various martial arts styles done to music.

Fred Degerberg is a Ninth Degree Black Belt with over 55 years experience practicing martial arts, and owner of Degerberg Academy of Martial Arts in Lincoln Square. The Milwaukee Avenue school is Degerberg's second location, in a more traditional martial arts building.
