Premier Realty Concepts Welcomes New Associate Realtor Teri King-Sylvester as Company Growth Continues In an effort to serve its expanding business, Premier Realty Concepts broker-owners Peter West, CCIM and Corey Bishop, CRS, announced the addition of Williamstown resident and Dalton native, Teri King-Sylvester, to its steadily expanding team of realty professionals. North Adams, MA (PRWEB) May 29, 2005 -- King-Sylvester, who signed on with Premier on March 1, sees tremendous potential both in the company and in the real estate sector, I got my license this year with the vision of working with Corey and Peter, who Ive known for years. They exemplify the honesty, ethics and dedication to this community that I see in myself, and they are thoroughly committed to succeeding. They want this business to work for everyone involved-the buyers, the sellers, the tenants and the agents. Because of their standing, referrals are huge. Premier doesnt do a lot of advertising-which is unusual in real estate. Business comes in from recommendations."
A high-energy, service-oriented person, King-Sylvester has worked all her life in Berkshire County, with18 years spent in food services and 12 years heading her own residential landscaping business based in Dalton. In addition, she ran, Organizing to Sell," which helps home-owners prepare their homes for sale. The dynamic single mom, who spent several years in internet and high-end copier sales in the New England region and has worked in sales at several area car dealerships, brings a wealth of creative problem-solving and leadership to her new real estate venture.
Ive found a home at Premier," she says. I especially love Peters seminars, which we do in conjunction with local banks and financial institutions. We offer a variety of seminars, including those specific to first-time homebuyers and first-time real estate investors. Peter is grooming me to run the Berkshire County seminars, freeing him up to teach at the national level and develop our new Florida offices. The company will be offering seminars shortly on vacation home-buying, focusing on local opportunities and those in our Florida market.
Premier recently faced the fortunate need of having to add several new associates to handle the exponential growth it is experiencing in both its commercial and residential businesses. Edward F. Nimmons, the respected Berkshire County banking professional, joined Premier March 1 and is embarking on a second career, after recently retiring after 40 years in finance, most recently, as SVP at Hoosac Bank.
Co-owner Bishop explained the partners vision, Berkshire County has always had its ups and downs and we see opportunity here. Because of Petes experience with commercial real estate and his CCIM designation, we are uniquely positioned to provide a broad scope of real estate services." CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis, with a business network of 1,000 markets throughout the world. Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate professionals in North America, 7,000 are CCIMs. West, who holds the only CCIM designation in Berkshire County, is also a certified trainer for the National Association of Realtors. He said, Having grown up in this area, our company has a local 'feel but because of Corey and my combined experience and vision, Premier has a large corporate presence."
Bishop added, We really offer one-stop real estate shopping. In addition to our commercial and residential sales and leasing businesses, we have our New Homes Division-a modular home dealership. We can find the land, sell you the modular home and do all the finishing work. All you need to do is turn the key.
In addition, we are extremely proud to have just received our certification as a licensed Real Estate School. Premier will be now offer expert education and training seminars for those seeking to become licensed Real Estate Brokers and Salespeople in Massachusetts."
