PressurePro TPMS -- Bridging the Trade Gap with China PressurePro TPMS Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems, the leading supplier of TPMS products in the U.S. aftermarket, is now exporting their tire pressure monitoring systems to mainland China. Harrisonville, MO (PRWEB) June 16, 2005 -- While most of todays economic climate has concentrated on the influx of products and technologies from outside of the US, a small company in Harrisonville, MO is doing its best to narrow the trade gap and provide US manufactured products to a formidable trading partner, the Chinese auto market.
PressurePro TPMS Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems, a division of Advantage Enterprises, has rapidly earned its position atop the leader board as the leading U.S. manufacturer and supplier of TPMS products to the auto/light truck, RV, trucking and industrial equipment vehicle aftermarket.
The recent enactment of the TREAD Act in the US has opened the eyes of the world to the benefits and necessity of maintaining proper tire pressures. Fueled in part by the rising costs of petroleum based products, consumers and businesses alike recognize that vehicles traveling with proper tire pressures benefit from added safety, handling, improved fuel economy and increased tire life, while placing less of a demand on the worlds natural resources.
Phillip G. Zaroor, President/CEO of Advantage PressurePro LLC and Jin Weihau, President of Dowwell Ltd announced a Joint Venture with Dowwell Ltd. of Shanghai, China. Advantage PressurePro LLC and Dowwell Ltd. and approved the signing of the agreement on November 15, 2004. The Joint Venture is known as Advantage Asia Ltd.
In January of 2005, Mr. Zaroor and Mr. Yang Hong, CEO of Shenzhen Hangsheng Electronics Co. Ltd. signed a Development and Manufacturing agreement to design and manufacture PressurePro TPMS products, based on PressurePros patented technologies, for worldwide distribution.
PressurePros products range from systems for autos and light trucks to large vehicles with up to 34 wheel locations, offering tire pressure monitoring on nearly any type of vehicle with air filled tires up to 150psi. Small sensors screw onto the valve stem, and read tire pressures. The sensors automatically transmit pressure updates and can alert to low pressure when pressures drop 12.5% and again at 25%, via an RF signal to a monitor placed in the vehicle. Early notification of a loss of tire pressures allows drivers to remedy the situation before it becomes catastrophic.
Currently PressurePro is distributing their entire suite of products to the Chinese auto market, which has emerged as the fastest growing auto market in the world. Through their partnerships, PressurePro is positioned to be a leading supplier of TPMS products to Asian and the Pacific Rim markets. PressurePro TPMS is currently being marketed in 17 countries worldwide and is distributed globally through approved distributors, dealers and their website at: www.advantagepressurepro.com.
