New e-book Focuses on Open Source and Linux Applications for Businesses

Connect Computing is offering an e-book with CD-Roms that help people try e-commerce, accounting, and other Open Source / Linux apps.

(PRWEB) June 21, 2005 -- Linux has been a mainstream contender for server applications. Connect Computing has put together a complete how-to guide for several applications as well as a CD-ROM that saves people time finding and downloading these applications.

Also, the downloads have been "Extracted" on the CD so anyone can quickly find the readme files or other information that is usually available only after people have downloaded the application.

Applications on the CD include:
