Rapid Ratings™ International Inc. announced today that Sequent Energy Management, LP ("Sequent"), based in Houston, TX, has subscribed to Rapid Ratings' suite of products for measuring corporate counterparty risk and supply chain risk exposures.

Sequent, a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlanta-based AGL Resources Inc. (NYSE:AGL), will use Rapid Ratings' Financial Health Ratings (FHRs™) and Estimated Probabilities of Default (EPD) to evaluate and manage the risks associated with both public and private companies that are vendors and suppliers to Sequent.
