Liberace Gets Acquainted with New Generation of Fans

Karan Feder, award-winning Hollywood Costume Designer, has created a line of funky fashion accessories to introduce legendary entertainer Liberace, the original King of Bling, to the younger generations. A portion of all proceeds from the sale of the new collection will benefit the Liberace Foundation for the Performing and Creative Arts scholarship fund.

(PRWEB) June 16, 2005 -- Karan Feder, award-winning Hollywood Costume Designer, jumped on the vintage celebrity trendwagon and created, I Love Liberace (http://www.iloveliberace.com), headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Feder made arrangements with Liberaces estate, dug deep into the photo archives, and chose the most outrageous Liberace images (http://www.iloveliberace.com) to use in her collection of fashion accessories.

The I Love Liberace (http://www.iloveliberace.com) collection is witty, cheeky, kitschy and definitely funky!" said Feder. We were intent on introducing Liberace to a generation that hadnt yet discovered the entertainer and his inimitable style. There is a broad demographic appeal for this collection. First, there is the generation that grew up with Liberace (http://www.iloveliberace.com) and is grateful for the memories, and then there are the more recent generations that seem to fancy the high-camp-thing that Liberace was so good at."

The Liberace fashion (http://www.iloveliberace.com) accessory collection currently includes:

- Shirts

- Beach towels

- Handbags

A portion of the proceeds generated from sales of the collection benefit the Liberace Foundation for the Performing and Creative Arts. Liberace (http://www.iloveliberace.com) established this scholarship fund in 1976 and has since granted over $5 million in individual college art scholarships.

The I Love Liberace collection is currently sold at the Palms Casino Resort and the Liberace Museum (http://www.iloveliberace.com) in Las Vegas, and online at www.ILoveLiberace.com.
