"Florida is major source of activity in the Commercial REO market, which is why we have two separate dinners - in two major cities - to address the exciting opportunities before us. James Bufalino brings a lot of experience to this issue, given his credentials and ability to help fellow professionals. Also, CREOBA is the only organization of its kind that educates real estate executives about the opportunities currently available in foreclosed commercial properties. There is more than $4.5 billion in foreclosed commercial real estate last year, with that figure poised to hit $20 billion this year alone. We have a responsibility to inform our members about innovative ways to benefit from these events, while forging alliances with lenders who need our expertise. These dinner meetings are an excellent chance for attendees to learn more about these issues and meet some of the most dynamic leaders in our industry," says Ray McLaine, President of CREOBA.

Knowledge and Opportunity: CREOBA in Action

CREOBA continues to be a trusted resource for a diverse array of people in the real estate industry. "Our success is an inseparable part of our experience and powerful advocacy on behalf of the members we serve. We seek to help our members navigate the complex yet exciting world of foreclosed properties. The benefits we provide are at the center of our reputation," states Mr. McLaine.
